Hidden Acres Puppies is not a breeder. We are an advertisement company for select breeders in our area. Each of our breeders are either licensed or have a small kennel that meets our requirements.

 

All our puppies are 8 weeks old when delivered or picked up. They are up to date on vaccinations, dewormer and most of them are microchipped. Please note that some of our puppies may have had their shots administered by the breeder himself/herself, under the guidance of a certified vet. This is often the case in our area and if this is a problem for you, please consider getting a puppy elsewhere.

When buying a puppy, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it and you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our puppies are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for puppies displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

After the deposit is placed through our website, we prefer cash to be used to pay your balance, either at pick up at the breeder's or given to the transport company at delivery time. If credit card is used to pay your balance, we reserve the right to charge an additional 3% processing fee.

Return and Refund Policy:

After you have placed a deposit on a puppy, it is marked sold and is held for you until we can make arrangements for pickup or delivery. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Should the puppy become unavailable due to accident or illness, we agree to refund the deposit in full. Each individual breeder has their own return and refund policy and we can provide those to you, if needed.

Shipping and Fulfillment Policy:

We would encourage you to come and pick up your puppy at the breeder's house. A physical address is provided to you after the deposit has been made. We realize that for various reasons that is not always possible and we want to accommodate you to the best of our ability. We also work with several local companies to provide delivery service via ground transportation or a flight company if that is needed. It is very important to be available when the transport company comes through your area and to be flexible and willing to make it work. They have a strict schedule to adhere to and don't have time to wait around. We would advise you to have a second person available in case you are not able to be there. If you for some reason are not able to receive your puppy at the appointed time set by the transport and the puppy is returned to us, you will incur additional charges in order for the puppy to be sent again. Please be willing to take responsibility for this. See the DELIVERY page for more information.

Privacy Policy:

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews and recommendations.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services;

2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
